Artwork Reservation & Deposit Disclaimer

At Elevenbirdsphotographyandart by Mudita, I offer the option for interested collectors to reserve an artwork before final purchase.
By placing a deposit or offering a higher purchase price, you agree to the following terms:
Reservation Period
A reservation guarantees exclusivity of the selected artwork for 14 days from the date the deposit or offer is received.
Deposit Option (50%)
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures the artwork for 14 days.
The remaining 50% must be paid within this 14-day period.
If payment of the remaining amount is not completed within 14 days, and no contact or request for extension is made, the artwork will be released back for sale.
The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances if the buyer fails to complete the purchase within the agreed time.
Higher Offer Option
Alternatively, a collector may choose to make a higher offer to secure the artwork.
The same 14-day reservation period applies from the date the offer is accepted.
Exceptional Circumstances
In extraordinary situations (such as illness or major unforeseen life events), the buyer may request a time extension.
This extension can be discussed and granted at the discretion of the artist.
No Response Policy
If the buyer does not respond or communicate within 14 days, the reservation automatically expires, and the artwork will be made available to other collectors.
The deposit remains non-refundable.
Acknowledgment
By submitting a deposit or making a reservation request, the buyer confirms full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
